The Digital Transformation Framework provides a holistic approach across your business to identify where and how to leverage technology to your advantage. Our framework is a 5 phase process that guides you on your way to achieving your goals.
Our program begins with an initial scoping meeting to help us understand what challenges your team is having, your desired outcomes, any constraints or limitations, timeline and budget. Once we have a solid understanding of why your team is looking for digital transformation, our team works with your organization to observe, collect and analyze how you operate day-to-day. Finally, our team will host a workshop to first make sure we have captured everything correctly, then help your team frame the problem.
During this phase we address the following questions:
- Why are you looking for digital transformation?
- How will your team know that you transformed?
- What changes are required to transform?
During the design phase, we will work with your team to develop a digital transformation strategy and roadmap to determine how your team will meet your transformation goals. As part of this phase, we will help identify potential change packages (i.e. projects), prioritize which ones to target first, define success criteria and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure progress.
During the Initiate Phase, we will help your team complete the first change package. Based on your teams needs, we can help you complete the project by coaching, leading or supporting your team throughout the project.
The key to any successful digital transformation effort is to conduct frequent retrospectives to understand are we making progress, are we heading in the right direction, what is working, what is not working, what have we learned and what still puzzles us? During this phase we will review the digital transformation strategy and roadmap to see if we need to modify or add anything based on what we have learned so far.
